TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

The M2R helmet you have purchased is covered by a two year warranty concerning defects in material and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. If your warranty claim is valid, we will repair or replace your M2R helmet at discretion without charge.

To make a warranty claim, you must return your M2R helmet to the place of purchase together with proof of purchase. We will investigate your warranty claim and respond to you as soon as possible - please ensure that your contact details are provided.

This warranty will not apply in circumstances where modifications have been made to your M2R helmet which caused or contributed to the defect.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranty provided at law, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If the law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties the above limitations and exclusions will not apply to you, however we limit our liability to the repair or replacement of your M2R helmet
